I need to ask something with you all. Would I be a hypocrite for making self help videos if I am struggling on my own journey as well ? For example, would I be cheating with myself or with others if I make video on Study tips when I myself struggle to study consistently in real life ?? Also I feel scared , like showing my face on Yt (not for my appearence but for criticism from people who already know me) ,where my life might seem put together if I make self help content but in real I am just struggling .... I think others will judge me for that (for not being someone extraordinary , like smart Harvard student or a doctor but still making self help content). I know I shouldn't care about other opinions but these thoughts just keep spiraling in my head.

bro the problem is that when you are in a shitty country you can't dream, you can't imagine what you wanna be. for example in my country the best job is to be a doctor, they get around 5k$-10k$ a month. and the 2nd best job (an engineer) barely gets 1k a month. so people have no choice but just to be a doctor and deal with it.

heyyy ruff or anyone in the comment section, I need help. I am able to stay productive get to work and all but I am currently pursuing what my parents wanted to and I have accepted it but the guilt entraps me and I am not able to put in actual focus with the purpose of achieving that job. I don't wanna change career its soon gonna be entrances and all. I just need help to evaporate this guilt and negative thoughts and also I want to know how to enjoy life to relax up (i'm a loner and I play video games at times, dance in rain alone, go for walks with and without music) but I still not feel freshened up after the 1st and 3rd (walk and games)

4:09 oh well, I always work with my phone right beside with a timer...like when I feel like it's been an hour but find out it's been 10 minutes then it motivates me to do more..so I accuallt find my phone motivating or more specifically the timer than distracting
